Withdrawal Notice (Widerrufsbelehrung)

This notice applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB who order a paid service (publication of an event or upgrade to a large event).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht), you must inform us (FestCrew – proprietor Dominik Happ, Achalmstr. 17, 72664 Kohlberg, email: support@festcrew.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You may also declare the withdrawal directly via our electronic withdrawal function (“Withdraw from the contract”); we will confirm receipt of a withdrawal declared in this way to you without delay by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires if we have provided the service in full and only began performance after you gave your express consent to this and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us. The publication of an event or the upgrade is provided in full immediately after the order.

Note on payment processing

If your payment was processed via our payment partner Stripe (seller: Link Commerce) – which is the case for billing countries outside Germany – the reimbursement is issued via Stripe to the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction. Regardless of this, you always declare your withdrawal to us (see above).
